- Technical Issues: If persistent technical problems prevent access to course materials and cannot be resolved within 7 business days, students may qualify for partial or full refunds.
- Medical Circumstances: Students facing serious medical conditions that prevent course completion may be eligible for prorated refunds with appropriate medical documentation.
- Course Cancellation: If valthorinquezo cancels a scheduled course or program, enrolled students receive full refunds within 14 business days of cancellation notification.
- Content Quality Issues: Students who can demonstrate that course content significantly differs from what was advertised may be considered for partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
- Duplicate Enrollment: Accidental duplicate enrollments are eligible for full refunds when reported within 30 days and verified by our support team.
Please note: Refunds are generally not available for students who have completed more than 50% of their enrolled program, have downloaded significant amounts of course materials, or are requesting refunds more than 30 days after enrollment unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Payment Method and Processing Details

Payment Method Requirements: Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used for enrollment. We cannot process refunds to different accounts or payment methods for security reasons.
Credit Card Refunds: Typically appear on statements within 5-10 business days after processing, though some banks may take longer. The charge may show as a credit from valthorinquezo on your statement.
PayPal and Digital Wallet Refunds: Usually process within 3-5 business days and will appear in your account transaction history. You'll receive notification from both valthorinquezo and your payment provider.
Bank Transfer Refunds: May take 7-14 business days depending on banking institutions involved. International transfers may require additional processing time and could incur banking fees.
Processing Fees: Some refunds may be subject to processing fees ranging from -50 AUD depending on the payment method and timing of the refund request. These fees cover administrative costs and payment processor charges.
